Park City has many diverse neighborhoods and condominium properties. In this section we have identified the major geographical areas, as defined in the Park City Multiple Listing Service, and built numerous searches to allow you to easily drill down into specific neighborhoods and condominiums that interest you.

As we build this comprehensive section on our website, we will include detailed descriptions of each neighborhood and condominium, including offering special webinars and facts about each area, subdivision and condominium. We are starting with the major MLS areas and will soon be adding searches for the specific subdivisions and condominiums within the geographical areas identified. AerieThe Aerie is located in the heart of Park City, on the mountain between historic Old Town, Prospector, and lower Deer Valley. This peaceful mountain setting has luxury homes, town house and vacant lots. It has spectacular views of the surrounding ski areas and historic Old Town. Residents love the views and close proximity to the restaurants and amenities of Old Town.

Canyons
PCMR PropertyThe Canyons is the largest ski area in Utah, and the fourth largest in North America. Its recent acquisition by Park City and Deer Valley developer Talisker has resulted in a huge infusion of capital and improvements into the resort. The area offers a wide variety of homes, condominiums, vacant land, and even fractional interest ownership opportunities. Just to the south of the Canyons Resort’s main entrance is the Colony. This gated community has luxurious single family homes situated on large lots, ranging from four to 10+ acres in size. Most offer ski/snowboard-in and -out access to the slopes at the resort. Large homes and building sites are available for purchase at the Colony. There are many condominium options at the base of the resort. They vary greatly in age, amenities, style and price. The Canyons will soon be opening their golf course which will add to their year-round appeal.

Deer Crest
Deer Crest HomesDeer Crest is a gated community located in the eastern portion of Deer Valley. There are 144 homes or home sites there and they may be accessed from lower Deer Valley, or the Mayflower exit off of Interstate-40. This area offers luxury ski-in/ski-out homes, condominiums and home sites with views of the Deer Valley ski area runs and the Jordanelle Reservoir. The prestigious St. Regis Resort is located in this area along with a limited number of condominiums in Deer Crest Village.

Empire Pass
Empire Pass PropertiesEmpire Pass is located in Empire Canyon at the top of the Deer Valley Resort ski area. Real estate development is limited in this 3,500-acre area since approximately 90% of its land has been designated undevelopable open space. Only 550 homes or condominiums units are permitted in this area. Most properties in Empire Pass offer direct ski access to Deer Valley’s ski slopes and many of them carry the added benefit of membership in the Talisker Club with all its amenities. The majority of the condominiums and single-family homes in this area are second homes and are part of the Talisker Club. There are slope side single family homes and ski-in/ski-out condominiums, rich in first-class amenities. The Talisker amenity package is available and includes access to the Tuhaye Golf and recreation facilities well suited for summer and winter recreation activities. Montage luxury condos, estate homes, building lots and private residences are available to the discriminating buyer.

Lower Deer Valley
Lower Deer Valley PropertiesLower Deer Valley is host to many homes and condominiums that enjoy the convenience of being a short distance to the Snow Park Lodge at the base of the Deer Valley Resort, along with easy access to historic Old Town and its shops and restaurants. Deer Valley offers many year-round activities from their winter skiing to their summer concerts. There are over 900 condominiums in Lower Deer Valley along with many beautiful homes and terrific building lots with unobstructed resort views.

Upper Deer Valley
Deer Crest PropertyUpper Deer Valley is located 8,000 feet above sea level and functions as a secondary base area around Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain area. Now known as Silver Lake Village, this area used to be Lake Flat, Park City’s first mining settlement. The lake was inadvertently drained by a mine tunnel, and is now home to luxury ski-in/ski-out homes and condominiums. Upper Deer Valley is only two miles from downtown Park City, and is accessed by Royal Street from the base of Lower Deer Valley, or Ontario Canyon Road (known as the mine road) by way of Marsac Avenue by the turnabout. There are many excellent restaurants, shops, hotels and spas in Upper Deer Valley, along with over 600 condominiums. Upper Deer Valley residents enjoy quick and easy access to the slopes, ranging from a short walk to the ski runs to direct ski-in/ski-out access from many Deer Valley properties.

Glenwild/Silver Creek
Glenwild PropertyGlenwild is a private, gated community, and home to one of the finest and most prestigious golf clubs in North America. Glenwild has been rated the #1 golf course in Utah for five of the past six years. It has a beautiful restaurant and club facility with fantastic views of Park City's ski resorts. The community has 200 single-family home sites with approximately 50% of them already built-out with luxurious custom-built homes. Many people love this location as it offers nearby skiing and snowboarding at three world-class resorts, and easy access to a major city with an international airport. Glenwild was named in the "Top 100 Golf Communities" by Travel and Leisure Golf Magazine.

Silver Creek Estates is located at the junction of Interstate highways 40 and 80. It is an open meadow/valley area with breathtaking views of Park City’s ski resorts. Home sites vary in size from one-half an acre up to 30+ acres. This equestrian community has many miles of trails for the horse-enthusiasts to choose from. For those who want privacy, unobstructed panoramic views, and convenient access in and out of the neighborhood Silver Creek may be just the right place. There are several gated communities in this area.

Jeremy Ranch
Jeremy Ranch ViewJeremy Ranch is located on the north side of Interstate 80, across from Pinebrook. Situated on a private, 18-hole golf course, Jeremy Ranch is mainly populated by primary homeowners. Many homes in Jeremy Ranch have wonderful views and plenty of sunlight from its southern exposure. Single-family homes range from entry level pricing to elegant golf course and gated properties, and townhouse condominiums are available as well. Jeremy Ranch residents enjoy easy access to both Park City and Salt Lake City. They can easily work in Salt Lake City while enjoying the benefits of living the Park City lifestyle. Area schools include Jeremy Ranch Elementary (grades K-5), Ecker Hill Middle School (grades 6-7), and the new Weilenmann Charter School, which is located next to Gorgoza Park, between the Pinebrook and Summit Park neighborhoods.

Jordanelle Reservoir Area
Tuhaye PropertyThe Jordanelle area is located in the Wasatch and Summit county neighborhoods (mostly the Wasatch County) and it is named after the Jordanelle Reservoir it surrounds. This is one of the fastest growing communities with both resort and primary home properties. The Mayflower exit, off of Interstate Highway 40, provides access to the single-family homes with lake views. From the same exit you can access the Jordanelle gondola, which will provide immediate access to skiing at the Deer Valley Resort.

Kimball Junction Area
Kimball Junction Park CityKimball Junction Area is located at Interstate Hwy 80 and Hwy 224. Park City's three resorts (Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley) can be seen from this area. Kimball Junction is home to Redstone, a village-like development with retail shops, restaurants, theater, and nightlife. The greater Kimball Junction area offers a mix of single family homes and condominiums, shops and businesses, and the Tanger Outlet Mall. It is also home to the Field House, which is an indoor recreational facility for soccer, lacrosse, football, and other outdoor sports that need an indoor venue during the winter months. The Swaner Nature Preserve is located in the Kimball Junction area, providing many trails, protected open space, wildlife habitat, and panoramic resort views.

Old Ranch Road Area
Old Ranch RoadThe Old Ranch Road area offers residents the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of Park City’s busier corridors, while remaining close to local amenities and recreational opportunities. Most of the single-family homes and ranches in this area are zoned for horses, which are often ridden on the nearby Round Valley trail system. Residents love the convenient 10-minute access to downtown Park City or skiing at Deer Valley, Canyons or the Park City Mountain Resort, while feeling removed from the pace of the tourist and resort areas. The entire Old Ranch Road community enjoys incredible panoramic views of Canyons Resort, in addition to vistas of the adjoining Swaner Nature Preserve. There are no condominiums in the Old Ranch Road area.

Old Town/Resort Area
Old Town HomesPark City's Old Town area encompasses the hillsides on both sides of Main Street as well as the base of Park City Mountain Resort and the Park City Municipal Golf Course. Some of the properties along Deer Valley Drive are included in this area. Historic Main Street is the epicenter of activity in Park City, from fine dining to shopping, exploring museums and nightlife. Real estate in this area consists of small lots (25’ by 75’) on steep hillsides. Most of the land has been developed with historic homes, condominiums, condo-hotels, multi-unit properties, and ski-in, ski-out estate homes. A limited amount of vacant land is available for development. The charm of this area is attractive to many who enjoy the feel of our historic mining town and enjoy the convenience of so much within walking distance.

Olympic Park Area
Olympic Park PropertiesThe Olympic Park Area is located at the northern edge of Park City and offers easy access to Park City’s many amenities, and the convenience of nearby Interstate 80 for quick trips to Salt Lake City. Often referred as the Sun Peak or Bear Hollow areas because of its so-called planned communities, this area is home to the Olympic Sports Park, which hosted the ski jumping, bobsled, luge, and skeleton events in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. This neighborhood is made up of single family homes and undeveloped home sites as well as condominiums and townhomes.

Park Meadows
Park Meadows Golf CourseThe Park Meadows neighborhood is a collection of many single family home subdivisions and condominiums. Home to both full-time and part-time residents, the area offers views of Park City’s three world-class resorts. In the center of the community is the Jack Nicklaus designed Park Meadows Country Club and Golf Course. This centrally located neighborhood provides easy access to all of Park City’s amenities along with its extensive trail system. The City-owned Park City Racquet Club offers residents and guests a fully equipped athletic facility with many recreational options right in the center of town. Most of the area consists of flat terrain with a few hillside subdivisions. Park City’s elementary, middle and high schools are located in this area on Kearns Blvd. (Highway 248). Park Meadows is a popular neighborhood for both primary and second home residences.

Pinebrook
Pinebrook PropertyThe Pinebrook community is located within the heavily-treed canyons of the northwestern part of Park City. There are several neighborhood parks along with an extensive trail system for mountain biking and hiking. The area is naturally divided into three levels. Lower Pinebrook offers both single family homes and several condominium options. Middle Pinebrook is made up of single family homes and vacant building lots, available in the middle price range for the neighborhood. Upper Pinebrook has higher-end homes and home sites with hilltop views of the back country. Properties vary in price in this area but tend in increase as you move up the hill. Pinebrook has convenient access to Interstate 80, making the area a favorite for many commuters to Park City and Salt Lake City. The nearby schools include Jeremy Ranch Elementary, Ecker Hill Middle School, and the new Weilenmann Charter School, which is located next to Gorgoza Park, between the Pinebrook and Summit Park neighborhoods.

Promontory
Promontory Park CityThe Promontory is a private gated community located approximately 15 minutes east of Park City. It has over 7,000 acres of recreational amenities for its owners. Currently there are two golf courses; one designed by Peter Dye and the other by Jack Nicklaus with three more slated for the future. Promontory is rich in amenities including the Promontory Ranch Club with its equestrian arena, stalls for owner’s horses and miles of trails within its borders. The Ranch Club features pool, tennis, spa and fitness facilities. A large kids' clubhouse with a caring staff is a favorite among kids and parents alike. Promontory offers the ski enthusiast an alpine lodge at Deer Valley and an Outfitters cabin to assist with mountain biking, hiking, fly-fishing, cross-country skiing and more. Promontory is constantly adding new amenities for its owners and new development parcels are being introduced as others sell out. A variety of Promontory homes and home sites are available.

Prospector
Old Town Park CityProspector is one of the older residential neighborhoods in Park City, and is within walking distance of the Park City High School, Treasure Mountain Middle School, and McPolin Elementary School. The area offers single family and multi-family homes along with condominiums and a few remaining undeveloped home sites. There is a commercial area in Prospector with shopping, dining and an assortment of businesses. The Rail Trail bisects Prospector offering ease of access to our extensive trail system as well as a non-motorized route back to Main Street and City Park. The free transit system has extensive routes throughout Prospector, allowing residents and guests alike to get around town without requiring a car.

Silver Springs Area
Silver Springs PropertyThe Silver Springs area is located between Historic Old Town and Kimball Junction. Single family homes make up the majority of the area properties, although there are some condominiums and a few remaining vacant lots. This Snyderville Basin community boasts of its flat topography, spectacular mountain views and easy access to community trails, parks and ponds. Situated next to the expansive open space of the Swaner Nature Preserve is the Ranch Place neighborhood. Nearby Northshore and Southshore neighborhoods back up to the community ponds, while Silver Springs, Snyders Mill and Willow Creek neighborhoods enjoy our great trails system.

Summit Park
Hi Ute Property UtahSummit Park is located at the top of Parley’s Summit, which separates Park City and Salt Lake City by Interstate 80, and is a favorite among commuters. This convenient location allows quick access to the recreation and lifestyle amenities of Park City along with easy access to the Salt Lake Valley. Located next to the Pinebrook neighborhood and across the highway from Jeremy Ranch, Summit Park sits at 7,000+ foot elevation and offers backcountry access, abundant wildlife and plenty of trails. If you like privacy, towering pine trees, some late spring snow, and a true mountain feel Summit Park is for you. In just 15 minutes you can be in Park City or Salt Lake City from this mountain community. Residents participate in the Park City School District.

Thaynes Canyon
Thaynes Canyon PropertyThe Thaynes Canyon area stretches from the Canyons Resort to the Park City Mountain Resort, and it incorporates the hillside area behind the “big white barn” on the McPolin Farm, just off Highway 224 as you come in to Park City. The area includes Aspen Springs Ranch and the Iron Canyon hillside neighborhoods with their big views of Park City’s world-class resorts. Many of the homes in the Thaynes Canyon subdivision borders the Park City Municipal Golf Course, which hosst cross-country skiing during the winter. This well-established neighborhood has many beautiful homes tucked away in the trees and condominiums that surround the golf course. This area offers easy access to Main Street and the ski resorts via a short walk or the in-town bus lines.

Trailside Park Area
Trailside Park CityThe Trailside Park area is situated on the east side of the Snyderville Basin, less than 10 minutes from downtown Park City. It is composed mainly of newly constructed homes. The homes in Trailside and Mountain Ranch Estates areas tend to be larger with panoramic views of ski runs at the Canyons Resort. Located across Highway 40 are the Sun Meadows and Silver Summit subdivisions, which are home to a growing number of younger Park City families. They enjoy the close proximity to Trailside Elementary School and convenient access to parks, recreational trails, bike paths and an abundance of open space.
